If you get the nasty odors from the plant and call them to report it, please send us an email so we can post our own record of odor complaints against the plant. Legislator Jeff Toback said the plant only received six phone calls last year, yet most people I've spoken with say they have called on several occasions. Toback then admitted he has been looking at the odor complaint records from the Cedar Creek Plant since the Jan. 14th Legislative meeting. I wonder what the true number of complaints are? I wonder if Toback even knows where Bay Park is?

To help us keep the plant complaints in check, please send an email with date, time you called the plant to report an odor problem and if any plant representative followed up to:

We will keep a running log posted so that we may get a true measure of how many complaints the plant receives.
