KOPEL - TOBACK POLITICAL DEBATE
At the political debate between Jeff Toback and Howard Kopel on Monday night at the Hewlett/Woodmere Library, Toback kept stating he was completely befuddled by the people of Bay Park/East Rockaway and has no idea what they want in regards to the sewage treatment plant.
Toback stated time and time again that he couldn't understand why the people of Bay Park/East Rockaway keep saying they want an ocean outfall pipe for the sewage plant, yet when he and Legislator Dave Denenberg (D-Merrick) came up with their twisted scam to raise $50,000,000 towards the design and study of getting an ocean outfall pipe for the Bay Park plant, the residents of the community said "NO!"
The Green Bay Parkers would like to let Toback known exactly why the informed citizens of Bay Park/East Rockaway adamantly refused to accept his feeble scheme to double dip into the pockets of the taxpayers of Nassau County under the veil of bettering the environment.
